The YPO Board share responsibility for managing all YPO employees and meet formally on a monthly basis. The Board is chaired by the Managing Director. Reports requiring further scrutiny or decisions outside of the delegated responsibilities are referred as appropriate to the Management Committee or a relevant sub-committee.
By law, senior officers are not allowed to participate in any party political activity and expected to advise and assist all councillors, irrespective of their political affiliation. This is of particular importance at YPO where political representation is from 13 local authorities.
