Framework Suppliers Upload Portal

All suppliers on a current YPO framework agreement are required to submit a monthly rebate report via the YPO Rebate Portal. Further information is available via our user guide.

Is your organisation already registered?

If your organisation is already registered – check the following in your Proactis Vendor Profile:
• Contacts and email addresses – do the people listed still work for your organisation?
• Have you considered your Business Continuity by including a generic email address for all the notifications?
• CPV Codes – Common Procurement Vocabulary – are these included in your vendor profile? The software uses these to send you Suitable Opportunities.
• Do all contacts receive notifications, if not - investigate.
