Our dedicated team is here to provide you with the supply, installation, and maintenance of mobility aids such as stairlifts, steplifts, vertical through-floor lifts, and hoists for residential and commercial use. This framework is here to support a variety of public sector colleagues in procurement, commissioning, service delivery teams including adaptations.

Details

For those with limited mobility or an increased risk of falls, having access to the right equipment to be able to move around safely and comfortably is hugely important.

This framework is for the Supply, Installation, Servicing, Maintenance, Removal, Storage Refurbishment and Re-siting of Stairlifts, Step Lifts, Vertical Through Floor Lifts and Ceiling Track Hoists and is here to support a variety of public sector colleagues in procurement, commissioning and service delivery teams including adaptations.

 

The overall objective of this framework is to provide a flexible route to market so that customers can access the right type of equipment and/or services to support people and is aimed at improving the lives of service users and their carers; both inside the home and elsewhere.

 

Installation isn't limited to an individual’s home either, equipment can be purchased for use in commercial premises too, such as a care home, activity centre, village hall etc.

 

The specification is detailed and sets out the requirements in relation to risk assessments, site survey, inspection and handover. The framework also offers the flexibility to direct award to a chosen provider or to run a further competition. YPO can run the competition for you, free of charge, if this is preferred, please refer to ‘Free Support’ tab for further information.

  • Pre-defined specification to cover Lots 1 to 10 and the option to amend to individual customer requirement

  • Document templates available for further competition activities

  • Lot 11 is a one stop shop for customers who wish to put all their requirements through one Lot. Only providers who are on all Lots 1 to 10 will be awarded onto this Lot

  • YPO can fully manage the customers further competition (call-off) process if required

  • Reduced timescales – customers do not need to run a full OJEU procurement if procuring via the framework agreement

  • Assured provider standards –providers are ‘pre-qualified’ as to their general suitability

  • Aggregation of spend - customers will receive the benefits of the aggregated spend volume and increased leverage in the market

  • Pre-defined terms and conditions – when awarding contracts customers have the option to use YPO’s standard framework agreement terms and conditions as established or use their own terms and conditions

  • Lot 5 - Step Lifts
    Supply and installation of new equipment including servicing, maintenance under original manufacturer's warranty and removal, storage, refurbishment, and re-siting of equipment.

  • Lot 6 - Step Lifts
    Servicing and maintenance of equipment no longer under warranty and removal, storage, refurbishment, and re-siting of existing equipment.

  • Lot 7 - Vertical Through Floor Lifts
    Supply and installation of new equipment including servicing, maintenance under original manufacturer's warranty and removal, storage, refurbishment, and re-siting of equipment.

  • Lot 8 - Vertical Through Floor Lifts

  • Lot 11 - One Stop Shop
    For Providers who're awarded onto all Lots, 1 to 10 will automatically be awarded onto Lot 11.
