At YPO we embed social value into the whole procurements process ensuring a positive impact is delivered for our communities, supply chain and environment whilst meeting the expectations of our customers.

• Continually improve the quality and accuracy of our reporting on the social impact delivered by suppliers on YPO frameworks
• Transparently report social value outputs to YPO stakeholders

Achieved so far -
• Partnered with Social Value Engine to capture, measure and report on social value delivered in procurement
• In 2020, YPO launched our Responsible Procurement Policy
• Social Value Commitments are embedded in all opportunities created under the Procurement Act 2023

• Detailed award question within the tender on modern slavery and trafficking within their supply chain
• Requirement for all suppliers to agree and sign YPO’s Suppliers Code of Conduct
