Christmas Tree card with paper straws
This is a quick and easy Christmas card craft the children will love making and sending to loved ones. It is easy to set up and requires only a few simple materials, making it budget friendly.
Instructions:

Cut 4 small slits into one end of the straw and fan the pieces out.
- Dip this end in the green paint and stamp the green paint in a triangle shape in the centre of your card.
- Add a small brown rectangle at the bottom for your base.
- Once dried, glue your sequins to your tree and a star on the top.

Fork Christmas tree
Painting a Christmas tree with a fork is an exciting way to paint without a brush! The kids will love painting a realistic spikey tree on their Christmas cards.
Instructions:

Dip your fork into the green paint and drag it out from the centre line of the page. In a tree shape, start with smaller lines at the top and longer lines at the bottom.
- Using cotton buds, add dots of multicoloured paint as your baubles.
- Decorate with pipe cleaners across the tree as your tinsel.
- Add a star on top.
- Finish by writing your Christmas message.
What you’ll need:
Christmas wreath cards
This is a perfect card-making activity for all ages. Younger children can practice stamping with their paper cups, while the older children can get lost in decorating their Christmas card wreaths.
Instructions:

Cut 3cm slit into the top of your paper cup all around the edge, and then fan out.
- Dip this into green paint and stamp it onto your card.
- When dry, repeat with a different shade of green on top of your first circle
- Using a cotton bud. Add red dots in groups of 3
- Feel free to add glitter or sequins for that extra festive touch!
