Make a cushion cover
A cushion is a gift that can be used every day of the year.
Here children can make a personalised cushion for their guardian that will be loved for a very long time.

How to make:
Step 1. Firstly, get creative and start by decorating a cushion cover using fabric markers, fabric crayons or fabric paint.
Step 2. Next, add buttons, felt or any other additional collage materials and secure these with fabric glue. Let your imagination run wild!
Step 3. Finally, stuff your cushion with wool toy filling or a standard 30cm pillow cushion.
Create a flower pot
Who doesn’t love receiving flowers as a gift? Here, children can get creative and make their own flower pot filled with pipe cleaner flowers that will last forever.

How to make:
Step 1. Firstly, release your artistic side by decorating your flower pot with colouring pens.
Step 2. Secondly, add your glitter or paper shapes by pasting clear PVA glue onto the flower pot.
Step 3. Next, cut your pipe cleaners to the desired length then twist and turn into flowers. You may need to use raffia or string to secure the flowers, so they keep their shape.
Step 4. Finally, stuff the pot with tissue paper and add your flowers to finish.
