How does your UK standard delivery service work?
All stock items are delivered as standard within 3-5 working days.
Any items ordered direclty from our suppliers (whereby the 6-digit product code is prefixed with a "D") will be delivered as per the supplier's lead times. You can view the lead time for any product by visiting the relevant product webpage.

How do I schedule a delivery while school is closed for summer?
If you’re open for delivery during the summer holidays and would prefer to have your order delivered during this time, please let us know using one of the below methods:
Please advise a period of three consecutive working days minimum.
It is important to note that if you miss our summer term delivery cut-off dates and do not request summer delivery, your items will be delivered within the first week of your return to school date.

How does your UK next day delivery service work?
All registered customers (i.e. excluding guest checkout users) have access to our free next day delivery service.
Please note that you must complete your order before 3pm to be eligible for next working day delivery.

How long does delivery take?
We endeavor to deliver stock items with 3-5 working days. Some of our direct items (where the 6-digit product code is prefixed with a "D") can take longer - these are clearly marked in the product description.
Urgent order? No problem, we also have next day delivery available (excluding guest checkout orders).

When should schools order to ensure delivery before the summer holidays?
We want to make sure that you get what you need during our busiest time of the year.
If you’re breaking up for summer and want to guarantee your order is delivered before your school closes, please see our cut-off dates below.
Stock items can be purchased for delivery using our standard 72-hour service or our next day delivery option.
72 Hour Service
To ensure you receive goods before your school closes for Summer, we recommend:
England & Wales: Place orders on or before Tuesday 14 July before 12noon
Scotland: Place orders on or before Tuesday 23 June before 12noon
Next Day Delivery
Our next day delivery option is available on stock items. Place your order online before 3pm and ensure you allow enough time for your order to be delivered before your school closes.

To receive your furniture items before your school closes, please ensure you place your furniture order by Friday 12 June before 12noon.
Furniture Delivery During Summer Holidays
If your school is open to receive orders during the summer holidays, please ensure that you provide opening times, contact name and telephone number to avoid re-delivery charges.

We deliver to any UK mainland address (excl. Northern Ireland).

Do YPO charge for delivery?
All stock item orders over £15 (excl. VAT) are delivered for free ("stock" items are those where the 6-digit product code does not start with a "D"). For any stock item orders below £15 (excl. VAT), a £4.95 delivery charge will be added to your order.
Some of our suppliers charge for delivery of direct items (those where the 6-digit product code is prefixed with a "D"). Please read the product description for full details of any supplier's carriage charges.

How do I inform you of when my organisation is closed for deliveries?
Please complete our online
form to let us know when your organisation is closed, so we don't deliver when you're not there.
You can also use the optional field at the "Delivery" stage of checkout to provide any relevant delivery information.

Can I choose a delivery date and time?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer specific date and time slots for your delivery.
However, all registered customers do qualify for our free next day delivery service.

Can I deliver to another address?
You can manage your delivery addresses at checkout - simply select an existing delivery address or add a new delivery address during the "Delivery" step when placing your order.

Can I have a parcel delivered to a certain floor or building?
You can add specific delivery information into the optional extra delivery information field when checking out.
