Our values: predominantly, ‘we are helpful’. I feel like all the teams I have worked with at YPO embrace this value with enthusiasm. There are never any ‘silly questions’ and everyone pitches in when needed and works as a team- even across different teams!
My journey to YPO
I started my time at YPO within our Contracts team, ensuring all processes were compliant. My time in this team allowed me to work on a wide range of solutions across many sectors, from Colouring pens to Emergency Response Equipment. The wide variety of solutions I have worked on has given me a wide oversight into the demands of different sectors and how each of these has a different need.
My recent move into the position of Category Buyer in the HR Services team has me looking forward to focusing on Service solutions within this sector, in particular, our Occupational Health, EAP and Associated Services and Training solutions.
What are your main responsibilities?
As a Category buyer for Human Resources Services, I oversee multiple solutions; Training (999) DPS and Occupational Health, EAP and Associated Services (1101). My main responsibilities within this are supporting and engaging with customers to ensure easy and accessible routes to market, building relationships, and supporting suppliers.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love crafting and design, so I’ll often be found working away on projects. I also love to get out into the countryside with my husband to have a long walk with our energetic Vizsla, Waffle, who keeps us very busy. I am currently doing up my grade II listed home, so that also takes up a lot of my spare time!
