When you use an offer you accept our terms and conditions relating to that offer (in legal terms you are deemed to have accepted them and agree to be bound by them).

Offers don't apply to any delivery charges unless expressly stated.
If we give you a refund, it'll be for the price you actually paid, taking into account the offer or discount. And if you return a single product from a multi-buy offer, our refund will mean that you've effectively paid full price for the products you keep.
We can decline your order, if we don't think the promo code or offer used is valid for the product(s) ordered, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.

We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

PRICE FREEZE
This price freeze promotion is valid from 22nd May 2024 to 11:59 PM on December 31, 2024. The price freeze applies to 50 YPOs best selling items only . This offer is available to all customers. This promotion excludes all other items from the YPO range, The price freeze may not be applicable in to customers outside of the UK. To qualify for the price freeze, purchases must be made through YPOs order channels. We reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control. Prices may change starting January 1, 2025. Any purchases made after the promotion period will be subject to the new pricing. This promotion complies with all applicable consumer protection laws and advertising standards. Based on our analysis, customers could collectively save up to £1 million in 2024 due to the price freeze. This estimate is based on the average annual purchase volumes of our customers against supplier price increases along with inflation tracking at 4% for the year 2024. The hypothetical savings assume consistent purchasing patterns and volumes as observed in the previous year. Actual savings may vary depending on individual purchasing behaviours, market conditions, and supplier price increases. This savings estimate is hypothetical and provided for illustrative purposes only. It does not constitute a guarantee of actual savings for any individual customer.
