YPO launches new Commissioning Solutions framework

YPO, one of the UK’s largest publicly owned buying organisations, has launched a new digital solutions framework providing up to 15%-time efficiency savings and procurement management in the public sector.


In a partnership between adam, a digital services provider, and YPO, the single-supplier framework has been created to offer bespoke commissioning solutions to local authorities and public sector organisations. The framework provides compliant access to a range of services, enabling users to personalise how best to manage their procurement and rapidly adapt their categories of spending in relation to digital services.


The framework supports every area within a public sector setting, including health and social care, transport, housing, and construction. Following an increased demand for bespoke solutions during Covid-19, adam and YPO are streamlining ten administrative processes to allow customers to respond quickly to emerging demands on their time following Covid-19.


The YPO framework will prevent resource intensive and administrative setbacks in long procurement process, creating more time for decision making bodies and helping to reduce overall costs. adam’s solutions have already been proven in the sector, with one local authority benefiting from streamlined invoicing, reducing 9,600 manual invoices to 52 electronic invoices.


Aligned with the framework launch, local authorities and clinical commissioning groups are eligible for a free recovery consultation to assess the impact of Covid-19.
