We’re pleased to say that we are returning to the excellent customer experience we have always been proud of and we’re excited that at the start of next year, we’ll be launching our new digital experience with you. We know that one of the challenges that you as a customer have is navigating through our website, so we’ve been working hard to ensure that our website will give you a personalised experience, tailored to you.
We know, one of our customers' current bugbears is our search function on the website, so we’re pleased to say that within the coming weeks, you will see a much improved and user-friendly search experience on our website, with improved filters such as brand and pack size. The search function will show popular products for that search and items that are frequently bought together, so you can make sure you have everything you need. It will also show your past searches and we’ve made it easy for you to quickly add items to your basket directly from the search.
There are a lot more improvements coming in early 2021, and we look forward to offering you a much slicker and user-friendly experience when you are shopping with us.
Finally, we’re happy to share the good news that your loyalty vouchers will be with you soon. We know they’re a little later than normal, but they should be landing with you in the next few months.
