Let’s make Christmas together
‘Tis the season for arts and crafts! Christmas is such a special time and what makes this year’s more special is that after the last 18 months we’ve had, we’ll all be able to celebrate at the end of the year together.
Our ‘let’s make’ theme for this year encourages children to make things together throughout the next term, from let’s make Halloween together to let’s make Christmas together.
To mark the festivities, we’ve pulled together some fun creative ideas and a 12 days of Christmas giveaway!
Create and make!
Get the children to make some of their Christmas favourites, creating gifts and decorations – from a jingle bells paper plate to Santa falling down a chimney, a countdown to Christmas snowman and a countdown to Christmas Rudolph! Join in the fun and share your creatives with us using #YPOcreateandmake

What’s coming up?
There are more ways you can get involved in the festivities of Christmas day, why not take part in Christmas Jumper Day on Friday 10 December but with a festive twist! Don’t jingle all the way to the bin with old school jumpers and t-shirts why not recycle them by encouraging children to re-use their old school uniform to create festive masterpieces!
