As you may have heard in recent communications from our Managing Director, Simon Hill, we are working on lots of projects to improve the overall online experience for customers shopping and browsing our website.
We are happy to announce that one of the major developments we have worked on over the last year is now live! You can now go directly to an area dedicated to your sector on our website, so you don’t have to filter out any irrelevant information.
For this development we focused on our five core customers; Early Years, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Local Authorities and Emergency Services but we are looking to incorporate more of these when we can.
The pages each have their own unique design and will act as a central point for the most important, helpful and latest content we have to offer for your sector, including videos, blogs, promotions, webinars and more. There will also be links to guides and information where necessary, such as how we integrate with schools e-procurement systems and how to procure off a framework.
As well as content tailored to you, there are quick links to the product or framework categories you need most and sections dedicated to products and frameworks that you might be interested in.
You may notice small changes to our newsletters and other marketing channels to compliment the new designs on the website and you may be taken directly to these pages through these communications where relevant.
In the coming days when you enter our website, you will be asked to select your sector or stay on the current page you are on, if you do select your sector you will be taken to the area you chose. Don’t worry if you want to change or move around from this, you can easily do so with the bar at the top of the page or navigate back manually through the website.
