Following an extensive procurement process, TravelPerk (formerly known as Click Travel), CTM, and Diversity have each been appointed to the framework. All three can be appointed via direct award, are industry leaders in the sector, and can support you with any events and conferences you need to book. Additionally, Diversity are specialists in study trips for schools, colleges, and universities. Each provider has their own unique booking portal, and offer a free live demonstration before call-off. Once you have chosen a provider, the booking tools will be ready for your organisation to use in a maximum of 12 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your organisation.
Ease of use and Compliance
As many people as needed can be provided with login details to use the system to allow bookings to be made independently which capture their own requirements as needed, all in compliance with your organisation’s travel policy through bespoke approval workflows, saving you time and preventing rogue bookings. Travellers also don’t have to rely on the “invisible bank” and claim travel costs on expenses using their own card.
Organisation
Keeping track of your times, dates, and tickets has also been made easier for you. With phone apps available for all three providers, you will have access to everything you need as you travel, all in one place. And should you have any problems, you always have a team on hand who are able to help you get a speedy resolution. You will also have access to account managers who can look for patterns and trends in your bookings, and offer insight into how further compliance, cost savings, and sustainability can be achieved for continuous improvement.
Safety
All three providers will also ensure you know where your travellers are, giving you peace of mind and ensuring you are fulfilling your duty of care requirements. Travellers will also be given alerts to ensure they are kept up to date if anything changes.
