Case Studies:
London Borough of Havering
When looking to introduce the Cycle to Work scheme to London Borough of Havering, we had many requirements with most being associated with administration. As we would be managing both the Havering scheme and London Borough of Newham scheme, we wanted to ensure our chosen supplier provided a scheme with near-zero administration required.

Vivup Staff Benefits - Warwickshire County Council
Warwickshire County Council wanted to ensure that their employee benefits platform was fit for purpose and valued by their staff. They needed a programme which could be cost neutral and help their employees to generate savings. The team felt their existing platform did not meet these requirements and was unfit for purpose, with very few employees accessing it and uptake low. The challenge was to secure a solution which increased engagement and registrations, as well as encouraging to use their benefits online.
Vivup Staff Benefits - West Midlands Police
West Midland Police’s (WMP) mental health strategy has always had a specific focus on supporting colleagues exposed to trauma and ensuring that the wellbeing provision was relevant and accessible to all. Before joining forces with Vivup, some colleagues were open and honest about their
mental health, but others worried that seeking support internally might be intrusive or relayed back to their managers. WMP were therefore keen to relaunch and enhance their EAP offering with a new external provider to increase uptake, feedback and engagement while reassuring employees that confidentiality and anonymity would be guaranteed.
