YPO have established a framework agreement for the provision of hire, lease and purchase of vehicles under 3.5t.

 

A procurement portal with an overarching YPO landing page that can facilitate the following elements: vehicle hire, lease and purchase options for cars, LCV’s and specialist vehicles with the ability to select which procurement route is required in addition to which micro-sites providing associated and additional services may be accessed, for the day-to-day operation of local authority fleets i.e. accident management and fleet management.

The YPO Rental Portal provides members with the ability to access the widest possible choice of rental suppliers and vehicles types, from the smallest car through to specialised Waste Processing vehicles, and hire periods from 1 day through to 365+ days. Members can define a custom supplier panel allowing local rental suppliers to be brought on board to support local businesses. The Rental Management team takes care of customer service issues including fines & damage management, and process Management Information including options for single invoicing supported by a schedule of all hire charges for the billing period.

YPO provided Leeds City Council with a full vehicle hire platform across the municipal fleet, through Fulcrum.
