“Nottinghamshire County Council were allocated funding from central government for supporting vulnerable citizens in Nottinghamshire. This funding had to be used by March 2022. As a County Council there is no function for delivering white goods and installation services into citizens own homes, and therefore in order to provide these goods quickly we needed to find a suitable framework that had all the relevant checks in place. Working with YPO and their supplier on the framework, EMS we were able to use their Domestic Appliances framework to meet all our white goods requests, and goods were delivered and fitted quickly and professionally to our citizens. Whilst the funding runs out in March, the use of this framework has been so successful the Council will continue to use for any ad hoc requirements in the future.”
