Managed Service for Temporary Labour - 569

HR Image 1
A managed service for temporary labour will effectively manage all temporary workers in your organisation.

All temporary roles within your organisation will be managed through the managed service provider which will be carried out via direct fill or through a supply chain, this may be delivered through one of the below models:

Neutral Vendor Model
The provider will provide all temporary workers via 3rd party agencies and not provide the workers themselves.

Master Vendor Model
The provider will supply their own workers from local branches and then appoint 2nd and 3rd tier providers to deliver workers outside of their specialism’s.

Hybrid Model
The provider will create a solution that meets the requirements of your organisation by categorising roles and delivering by either a supply chain, lead suppliers or direct filling through their own branches.

The framework can be used by all public sector organisations including housing, NHS, local authorities, higher education, central government, police, fire & rescue etc.

The temporary worker market is fast moving so carrying out pre-market engagement with providers is essential, it will help you understand the model that will suit your organisation. If you are unsure of the model you require then you could look at writing an outcome based specification.

YPO can help you with specifications, pricing, benchmarking etc. so please get in contact if you would like us to support where possible.

Case Study:

  • Hackney Council
