This DPS covers any work that needs doing to the outside of your school building. From design, supply, project management, installation, restoration and/or maintenance of the building including: glazing, cladding, doors (manual, automatic, revolving) roofing (including soffits, gutters, facias), fire escapes (exterior staircase structures, balconies), scaffolding, wayfinding signage, demolition, inspection and surveying, stone and concrete repairs and cleaning (including chimneys, flues, ducting).
