NSPCC Charity Partners

Their vital work helps children who’ve been abused, protects children at risk and finds the best ways to prevent child abuse from ever happening. They work directly with children and families in national regional hubs. They support thousands of children and young people through Childline, and their Helpline is there for any adult who is concerned about a child.

They work with schools across the UK and channel islands through their Speak out Stay safe programme to help keep children safe from abuse. They campaign for change and run behaviour change campaigns, and conduct research.

Half a million children suffer abuse in the UK every year. That’s why it’s vital that the NSPCC can maintain and expand their services for children and their families.

YPO branded products

In 2022 and 2023, we donated £69,910 from the sales of our YPO product range to support the work of the NSPCC. When you buy from YPO product ranges, you’re helping to support the NSPCC as we’ll donate a proportion of funds from all sales until at least December 2025.

*Between now and 31/12/2025, we will donate a minimum £20,000 from the sale of YPO branded products to support the work of the NSPCC.

Talk Relationships elearning course

We want all young people to grow up understanding healthy behaviours in relationships, recognising their right to be safe, heard and respected, and to get help from a trusted adult if they need it. Talk Relationships is a service provided by NSPCC Learning to ensure secondary school-aged young people can learn about sex and relationships in a safe education environment that recognises, responds to, and prevents abuse. This service includes an elearning course which is free for a limited time only.

NSPCC’s Report Remove service for under 18’s

For a child or young person, having a sexual image or video of themselves online can be a distressing situation. It can be difficult for parents and carers, too, in understanding the child’s rights to have the images removed across different websites and platforms.
For children under the age of 18, NPSCC has a service called Report Remove where children can request that images are removed. A Childline online account is required, and updates will be provided to the child regarding the success of their request via their account.
NSPCC also provide guidance on how to talk to children and young adults about the risks of sharing nude images with others.

Supporting children in police custody

Merseyside Police and Childline Liverpool collaborated to give young people access to Childline who progress through child custody suites. Complimenting existing Childline and NSPCC engagement with the police force, the custody project allows young people under the age of 19 to confidentially access Childline support.
Dedicated training support from Childline has been provided first-hand to custody suite staff, enabling confident signposting to vulnerable young adults who might otherwise be hard to reach by Childline services.
Childline information is also provided at the point of discharge to help maintain awareness of Childline services following release from police custody.

The NSPCC's Childline service gives children and young people a voice when no one else is listening. Whatever problems or dangers they face, they give young people somewhere to turn to for support when they need it. Childline is free to contact on 0800 1111, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from children and young people under 19. It costs only £4 to answer a child’s call for help.
