The choice on how to spend your loyalty voucher is yours. They can be used across our entire site, either for a single large order or split across multiple orders, spent directly via a PO order or otherwise. There are tens of thousands of products to choose from – all of which can be purchased using your voucher.

How our loyalty vouchers work

Step 1

Sign up for an account to be automatically enrolled in the loyalty scheme

At the end of the year, we’ll tally up your total spend (every penny counts!)

Step 3

Our total profits are calculated, and the local authorities receive their share

Step 4

The remaining profit is allocated to customers based on their total spend

We send your share to you via your loyalty voucher the following year

All our public sector customers are eligible to receive a share of our annual profits, from schools to emergency services and local authorities.

Simply sign up for an account and you’ll be automatically enrolled.

How do I redeem my loyalty vouchers with YPO?

Your Loyalty reward is automatically added to your account each year as a redeemable voucher.

We’ll notify you as soon as your voucher becomes available to spend and your allocated amount can be accessed directly within your exclusive voucher dashboard.

How are my loyalty rewards calculated?

Once YPO knows its total profits for the year, a certain percentage is reserved by the local authorities who collectively own the organisation.

The remaining amount is divided up for all our customers, based on your spend. Those that spend more will receive a greater share of the profits.

This calculation will also vary year on year, depending on our overall profits and local authority percentage.

Yes – our loyalty vouchers need to be redeemed by 31st March 2026. However, whenever you make an order with us, your loyalty voucher balance will be used first before any other budget – so all you need to do is place an order with us to use it.

After delivery you will receive an invoice (a) as usual for the whole value of the goods, PLUS a credit note (b) for the value of the voucher.

The small print

Vouchers are valid until 31 March 2026.
Vouchers are redeemed by using your unique loyalty voucher code on your order.
Vouchers can be redeemed online or by our other ways to order.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed against any orders that were placed prior to receiving the voucher.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or framework payments.
Vouchers can be redeemed across more than one order i.e. partially redeemed, with the remaining voucher value used on another order.
Vouchers can be spent on any stock, direct or food items. However, please note that food items cannot be included on the same order as stock and direct items when redeeming your voucher.
Vouchers are non-vatable.
YPO and its management committee reserve the right to amend this voucher, the YPO loyalty scheme and the terms and conditions without prior notification.
