Unlocking public sector procurement

Public sector procurement is changing. As the UK moves away from EU law, the Procurement Act will replace all current regulations under one single act, aiming to create a more transparent and simple process. With 50 years of procurement expertise, we can support you in creating positive change and unlocking the potential of future public procurement.

Procurement Act 2023 Update

The Cabinet Office has announced that the Procurement Act 2023 will now commence on 24 February 2025 - a delay of four months from the original go-live date of 28 October 2024 to allow time for a new National Procurement Policy Statement (NPPS) to be produced.

Knowledge Drops now available

The government has announced its training programme to support with the regulation changes brought on by the Procurement Act 2023. The first instalment is the Knowledge Drops – a series of on-demand videos providing an overview of the new regulations to leaders, senior managers, finance, legal, comms teams and those that work closely with procurement.

The Knowledge Drops also act as a good introduction to procurement professionals who will then go on to complete the suite of training, including the e-Learning and Deep Dives. The Knowledge Drops are tailored for each audience group so there’s videos for contracting authorities and suppliers.
