Hermes heavy ring binders are some of the most stylish and sturdy on the market. They are large enough to fit 200 sheets of 80gsm documents up to A4 size which can be held in place using the 30mm 2 ring ‘o’ mechanism. This is larger than normal for ring binders, yet a smaller capacity than the more expensive lever arch files. With a unique and attractive coloured spine and frosted translucent polypropylene cover, it is difficult to find dissatisfaction in neither appearance nor practicality. Ring binders are recommended for storage as opposed to transporting files, although they are extremely durable in construction.

Unlike other ring binders that use either paper on board or a polypropylene covered board, the cover on these binders is 100% polypropylene. This means the documents inside will experience superior protection from spillages, dirt and wear and tear, whilst the binder itself is long lasting, tear and scratch resistant, dent resistant, waterproof and simply wipes clean. In fact, it is expected to last more than five times as long as board files. This can make them suitable for transportation – alongside the compact and lightweight 324g construction - although they do not offer the same all-around protection a heavier and larger box file does. It should also be noted that each Hermes file is treated with ESD anti-static protection to make them equally ideal for an office environment with computers.

A Hermes ring binder is sure to impress when taken to meetings or stored in an environment where the impression made on clients really matters. Not only this, but the appearance of a bright spine can make the file instantly recognisable and easier to find amongst others. When purchased with our metallic blue and purple alternatives, you will find it especially easy to theme documents and sort them into organised collections. Another useful feature is the spine card that allows labelling of the file with names, dates or subject matter and the translucent nature of the cover that reveals the contents whilst retaining some privacy.
