Card holders are a great way to professionally display and protect your documents hassle-free. They are ideal for attaching to wall displays and noticeboards or keeping on an office desk and are commonly used to store leaflets, fire safety information or building layouts that employees may need to access. The strength of these card holders in comparison to regular punched pockets makes them ideal for such important information and highly suited to long term use. Each pack contains 25 A4 card holders.

Each card holder is strongly sealed at three edges to prevent splitting, whereas the top edge is open to insert and remove paper or card. There is a thumb hole to make this easier and to prevent it sticking together so documents can be accessed quickly in urgent situations or fast paced environments. A lightly embossed finish makes documents clear to see whilst removing glare from natural and indoor lighting, as well as clear enough to be photocopied without blurring. Rexel assure that no copy will be removed from documents when using the card holders, so you can rest assured your files will be safe from this in addition to standard wear and tear or spillages that would affect loose documents.

Spillages are also unable to damage the card holder itself, due to its wipe clean material. Any felt tip marks, coffee rings or food stains can be removed hassle-free with just water and cloth to maintain that professional look in your work environment. Because of this, you can feel safe in leaving customer facing documents in these card holders in a reception or lobby without worrying about them being defaced. The long lasting and durable card holders are also lightweight for those on the go, making them perfect for carrying business cards or other paraphernalia to be handed out in meetings with clients.
