With a large complicated project, dissertation or business proposal, the last thing you need is to make navigating it complicated too. Look no further than the Rexel 5 Part Tranz File - a stunningly simple and stylish solution to make presenting your work a walk in the park. There are 5 colour coded sections, each with a plastic fastener that can hold up to 20 punched A4 sheets each (100 sheet total book capacity), so you can flick back and forth as necessary and index with ease.

A main feature of the book is the front pocket that allows for insertion of an A4 sheet to personalise your work. A personalised front cover will help create a professional look for any submitted work for those looking to make an impression, or otherwise make the contents instantly identifiable. There is another full-length A4 pocket on the inside front cover of the file to store loose papers, or related CDs or memory sticks.

Within, there are non-tear plastic fasteners in each section which are not as space-consuming as ring binder or lever arch mechanisms, but can withhold paper or plastic wallets equally as well. This also helps you save money in comparison to alternatives. The colour coded tabs reveal the contents behind them thanks to their translucent effect, which eases navigation in conjunction with the index card included at the front of the file. You could also use this book for keeping notes on multiple modules or subjects at the same time without having to buy and carry around lots of different exercise books – again saving money as well as hassle.

The low cost of these files means you can feel comfortable in submitting copies of documents such as coursework or business plans that you don’t expect to receive back. At the same time, Rexel is a quality brand that take pride in ensuring their products are manufactured to the highest standard, so the low cost need not be of worry for those expecting a durable product.

These files are 100% polypropylene, which although not the best material for the planet, it does provide unmatched protection against wear and tear, not just for the folder itself, but the documents inside. The material is waterproof for protection against spillages and wet weather when on the go, tear and scratch resistant to maintain a fresh, professional look, and easily wipes clean of any dirt or food marks. Polypropylene also lasts much longer than the board-based materials used in alternative solutions. For maximum protection, use punched pockets instead of punching the paper itself to put inside.
