Suspension files are a convenient way to get your files organised and labelled for storage in a filing cabinet. Although you can store them in any drawer or storage box, they are a favourite for filing cabinets in particular as the suspension bar is intended to hang from the rails on the inside edges of a deep filing cabinet drawer. Flicking through the files is then a quick and easy task - great for those in a busy office environment. Although these files are foolscap size, all filing cabinets can fit suspension files of both A4 and foolscap size depending on whether stored sideways or from the back to the front of the cabinet. These files in particular are linkable in a concertina fashion.

These 100% recycled manilla files are great for saving space compared to bulky alternatives like ring binders and lever arch files which have a solid construction, as they instead are relatively flat and expand to fit the documents inside. You can also store multiple subjects or topics in one drawer without confusing the documents. Each pack contains 25 green files that can all be linked in a concertina fashion using the tabs provided. This allows you to link similar themes together or simply keep a greater number of files together that can’t fit in a single suspension file.

The suspension bar will help keep everything in place and secure your files when being transported from one place to the next, unlike standard manilla files which can simply fall open and put your contents as risk, especially when full. Tabs and inserts are included with these files to ensure you can clearly label each one and access documents in a hurry without having to go through each.
