Ring binders are a popular classic as they are the simplest and cheapest way to organise files and keep them safe. These particular ring binders can hold a large capacity of 40mm worth of A4 sheets which are held in place using the 4 ring ‘o’ mechanism. They are specifically designed for presentations and lengthy pieces of work that exist across multiple sheets, and are a way to make presenting work much more organised, personalised, and professional looking.

Each of the 12 ring binders contains an A4 pocket on the front for written, drawn or printed material that can easily identify the contents within. The spine also allows room for a custom spine label to be inserted, again personalising the contents for a professional appearance. These files can then be handed out at meetings or seminars or even kept for personal use, and can be used by either adults or children. There are not many presentation specific ring binders on the market, so these great value files are the perfect option for your big projects in your school or workplace.

The 4 ring 'd' mechanism differs from the traditional 2 ring 'o' mechanism by adding extra stability. Your files are less likely to fall out when being transported, or have the holes of the paper or plastic wallets ripped when in the binder. The D shape of the rings also enables paper to remain stacked to prevent the misalignment that causes this issue. A small added cost for this feature can save a presentation or important proposal from appearing sloppy, unrehearsed and unprofessional, and is a bestselling item as a result. The 40mm capacity is much larger than ordinary ringer binders, but still around half the size of a lever arch file. This is ideal for those who require a little extra space but don’t need the features of a lever arch mechanism inside, which can make flicking through the pages of the file a much slower activity that is not optimised for presentations.

Unlike other ring binders that use either paper on board or a polypropylene covered board, the cover on these binders is 100% polypropylene. This means the documents inside will experience superior protection from spillages, dirt and wear and tear, whilst the binder itself is long lasting, tear and scratch resistant, dent resistant, waterproof and simply wipes clean. This makes them suitable for storage as well as transportation to and from events, workplaces, or classrooms.
