Vitreous Enamel Steel (VES) whiteboards use the most hardwearing drywipe surface on the market to guarantee durability for high use applications over a long period of time. Its properties are a result of baking the enamel at 800°C, which produces a smooth, non-porous finish that makes smudges and scratches impossible and prevents the harbouring of dirt and microbes. Ideal for teaching and studying environments, the magnetic drywipe surface also allows the user to affix maps, charts, posters and prepared notes to assist learning, whilst the pen tray keeps accessories safe and secure for a stress-free experience.

Why VES?
Like coated steel, VES whiteboards accept magnetic accessories so you can keep study aids, notes, whiteboard pens, erasers and more safe in one place. Unlike coated steel however, VES surfaces boast an unbeatable 25 year guarantee with high impact resistance, scratch resistance, and smudge-free properties for confident long term or continuous use in even the most challenging of environments.

With scratch resistance also comes bacteria and virus resistance as there is nowhere for microbes or dirt to get trapped, making it the most hygienic whiteboard option in a post-pandemic world. The ultra-smooth surface is also extremely easy to clean compared to alternatives, and is great for projection thanks to its slightly less reflective appearance. Although VES is highly versatile, it is particularly ideal in spaces where multiple people will be using the board unsupervised or with their own pens, as the potential for misuse is high and extra protection is vital.

Over the years, the VES board will prove a worthwhile investment that is impervious to accidental damage and will not need to be replaced for decades to come; it is the ultimate in magnetic drywipe surfaces.

A Professional Finish
Surrounding the board’s surface is a silver aluminium frame offering durability, easy-cleaning and a classic look. At the bottom of the frame is space to securely attach the supplied pen tray, ensuring your pens, erasers and magnets never get lost. Beneath the frame’s polypropylene corners lays concealed corner mounting to install the board with a subtle professional touch that cannot be tampered with by children.
