In large spaces with high traffic that accumulate dirt and litter quickly, ordinary sweeping brushes and mops can be a challenge to use. A ‘V’ Sweeper however allows you to quickly cover a large surface area for more efficient cleaning, whilst simultaneously removing the stress and disproportionate effort that comes with alternatives. Manufactured by leading janitorial brand Robert Scott, this high-quality product is sure to be greatly appreciated by cleaning staff in shopping centres, schools and other commercial spaces.

Do I need a ‘V’ Sweeper?
The ‘V’ Sweeper is a dry dust mop that helps quickly remove a buildup of dust, dirt and litter on hard floors with little effort. In busy commercial spaces, this is enormously helpful for maintaining a clean, safe and attractive environment where wet cleaning is not practical, such as during hours of operation. With dry mopping, there is no need for costly cleaning products which can instead be saved for deeper cleans, and with two heads in an inescapable ‘V’ formation, capturing dirt has never been easier.

Compared to standard sweeping brushes, a dust mop is also far more suitable for hard indoor flooring, picking up even the most minute specks of dirt with every inch travelled - and without the help of a repetitive, exhausting sweeping action. Staff will find the mop’s scissor action easy to control and satisfying to use, affording them greater happiness, health and productivity whilst at work.

Synthetic Sleeves
This particular mop uses synthetic sleeves. Compared to microfibre and cotton sleeves, synthetic fibres are longer lasting and more durable, making them the perfect solution for businesses looking to save money. Although microfibres attract more dust and cotton is softer for more delicate floor surfaces, synthetic fibres provide the perfect middle ground and best value for money.

The heads of the mop are 1m each in width, and have a maximum 1.6m span when in the ‘V’ formation, allowing wide areas such as hallways to be cleaned quickly. When not in use, it is also possible to fold the sweeper into a more compact shape for efficient storage in a janitorial cupboard. Use of this mop is recommended for frequent light cleaning throughout the day, or when visibly required. For less frequent deeper cleans, removing stains, or shining a floor, you should use a wet mop with cleaning products.
