Purchased Christmas postbox and have had to alter due to hole for cards being too small to fit any cards through!!

I am sorry that you were not happy with the Decopatch Postbox that you ordered from us.
This product is a small scale model of a typical post box. The dimensions of the box itself are given on our website, and the posting slot is correspondingly smaller.
We are sorry for any confusion caused. We believe that the image and description of the product were fair and accurate, but, we have updated our website description to include the dimensions of the slot for the benefit of customers in the future.

Post box looked good but you could not post any cards through the slot as it was to small so not fit for it's purpose.
