A wonderful end of term activity, this kit includes 60 pre-cut fabric shapes, plastic needles and contrasting thread - all that’s needed to create the most delicious gingerbread puppet!

Enough to make 30 puppets and get the class crafting. Why not challenge the children to make a unique gingerbread man or woman they would like to bake (or eat!)

The plastic needles are simple to thread and are in eye catching shades, making them easy to spot and more difficult to lose. Teachers can be sure of collecting every last one at the end of the session!

The white thread is thick enough to make the puppets really stand out, yet thin enough to thread smoothly.

Following the fully illustrated instructions, children simply match two of the soft, fleecy shapes, choose a corresponding thread and stich through the pre-punched holes.

A perfect way to get going with sewing, strengthen fine motor skills and have some Christmas fun. Once completed, why not stage a Christmas puppet show to display their handiwork?
