Yorkshire based YPO is celebrating after winning the B2B Campaign at the 2017 CIM Northern Awards.
Held at The Monastery, Manchester on Thursday 09 November, the CIM Northern Awards celebrated the insight, creativity and success of the Northern marketing industry, the outstanding campaigns and the talent from across the region. There were 17 award categories, 13 of which were open to entries, and the evening was hosted by TV’s Andy Crane.
Diane Earles, Network Manager for CIM, said “Congratulations to YPO, who fought off strong competition in this category.”
Their winning campaign was based on a unique partnership with the Roald Dahl Literary Estate which created educational resources for teachers including Roald Dahl Day party packs and lesson plans, and which also helped schools save money when buying resources.
Sam Gregory, B2B Managing Director at Tangerine, who judged this category sponsored by The Juice Academy, said “The team created lots of opportunities for engagement throughout the campaign giving the entry a really strong participation message.”
Rachel Stothard, Head of Marketing at YPO said: “Our partnership with the Roald Dahl Literacy Estate has enabled us to deliver added value to schools right across the UK. As school budgets continue to tighten, we are constantly seeking creative new ways to engage teachers and are thrilled that the campaign has been recognised in this way.”
