A sedentary lifestyle is becoming ever increasing in children’s everyday life. We’re told that children and teenagers should get a minimum of 60 minutes physical activity every day, but we all know that it’s sometimes easier said than done - especially when phones, TV and games consoles are so easily accessible. This, along with the growing obesity rate in the UK, getting children moving and being aware of the importance of fitness is so important now more than ever.
