Ensuring that our customer base is provided with the most accurate, useful, and up-to-date information. Subject to qualifying criteria, the continuation of reduction offerings was provided during Q2-23 for 12-months, which started as of the 1st of April 2023. In further support of the public sector, the scheme is available for anyone on a non-domestic contract, such as charities, education, NHS, and emergency services.
The EBDS Scheme forms 3 parts:
- For customers in Great Britain and Northern-Ireland, a baseline discount was automatically applied for anyone on a non-domestic contract.

Applications for higher level of support after the 25th of April 2023, should ETII’s have become eligible after the 26th of April 2023. A 90-day notice term also applies for applications against new organisations and newly eligible organisations.
Applications for higher level of support on the 26th of April 2023 for Heat Networks should be applied for as soon as possible. After the 26th of April, for any Heat Network becoming eligible, you had 90 days to apply to when you first become eligible.
For those who are already in receipt of the previous scheme, no further actions are required to apply for the April 2023 version.

Will the ETII discount be back dated?
Yes, the ETII discount will be backdated to the date within your application, and you will receive credit and rebilling from Corona Energy.
Will libraries, archives etc be included in ETII, has this list been confirmed yet?
