CPD Terms and Conditions

  1. Application information: Online applications will receive an acknowledgement via email. Please note, this is not a confirmation of the courses you have been successfully booked onto. Confirmation of the courses you are booked on to will be sent after the February half term. You will receive the confirmation either by email or letter depending on how you specified this in your course application.
  2. Course fees: All course fees are £129 per delegate, per course and will be charged for each successful applicant. Unless otherwise instructed, you will be charged after 1 April 2018. After the successful completion of the course, a £50 voucher will be issued at the end of each course, redeemable against any stock or direct products ordered from any of the YPO catalogues.
  3. Cancellations: If cancellations are received more than two weeks before the start of a course, a full refund will be made. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund fees if notification is received within two weeks of the start of the course.
  4. YPO is unable to guarantee a place on any course, each application is subject to acceptance. 

CPD Voucher Terms and Conditions

  1. The value of each voucher is clearly stated on the front of the voucher and can be used with a single order for stock and direct items from any of the current YPO catalogues. There is no cash alternative.
  2. All 2018 CPD vouchers must be used by 30 June 2019.
  3. You may not use the voucher to pay any outstanding invoices.
  4. Your order value (including VAT) must be for at least the value of the voucher. Unused voucher balances will not be refunded.
  5. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other YPO offer or promotion.
  6. Only one voucher per course attendee.
  7. Spend on any YPO CPD course does not count towards our Share of Profits Loyalty Scheme.
