Incident Command Control Software System
A framework for the supply and implementation of an intuitive incident command, control and support system. The system will enable incident data communications between mobile command units (CU) and designated sectors over portable mesh networks via tough books, tablets or PCs to enhance incident management functions.

A Framework Agreement for the supply and implementation of a proven off the shelf (in use for 2 or more years within the Emergency Services market) Intuitive Incident command, Control and Support System for YPO’s Emergency Services customers. The system will also allow incident data communications between mobile command units (CU) and designated sectors over portable mesh networks via things such as tough books, tablets or PC’s to enhance incident management functions. The framework is designed primarily to meet the needs of Fire and Rescue Services and Police services , however, it is available for use by all public sector organisations if it meets their requirements, for example, Ambulance service.

Who can use the framework?
The framework agreement is available to all public sector bodies, including Emergency Services, central government and the wider public sector, social housing organisations, and voluntary and community sector bodies.
