Low Carbon Electrical Micro-Generation
This contract is for the development of low carbon electrical micro-generation projects.

This is broken into two lots:
Lot 1 – Photovoltaics (Solar Panels) up to 50kWpeak
Lot 2 – Wind turbines up to 50 kW (at 11m/s wind speed)

The contract covers all aspects of an on-site generation project, including:
Connection and commissioning

The terms and conditions have been designed to allow flexibility in terms of the types of contract procured, allowing both one off projects and call-off arrangements and also allow a funding through both capital investment and off-balance sheet operating lease schemes.

Who can use the framework?
This DPS is available to all public sector bodies including but not limited to: local authorities, emergency service providers, NHS, educational establishments and housing authorities.
Customers can award a contract under this DPS for either a specific project or group of projects, or can use this DPS to establish a partnership for an indicative group of projects over a five year period (call-off arrangement).

How can I use the framework
