This Framework has seven lots covering various industries and services with direct award and competed options:

  • Lot 1 - Heat Metering
    Provision, installation, commissioning and maintenance of heat meters for either compliance with metering requirements under the Renewable Heat Incentive or on centralised heating systems to comply with the Heat Network (Metering and Billing) Regulations 2014. Collection of heat meter data readings. Provision of billing services to final customers.

  • Lot 2 - Automatic Meter Reading for Water and Waste-Water
    Provision, installation, commissioning and maintenance of automatic meter reading water meters or data loggers which provide a meter reading capability.
    Collection of water meter data. Provision, installation and commissioning of flow meters for foul drainage.

  • Lot 3 - Meter Operator Services for Electricity
    Meter Operator Service for half hourly meters – supply of the meter, maintenance and telecommunications for consumption data

  • Lot 4 - Data Collection Services for Electricity
    Data Collection and validation of consumption data from half-hourly settled meters in accordance with the standards of the Balancing and Settlement Code, or from existing smart meters or AMR. Provision of validated data to your nominated electricity supplier for use in invoicing. Portal or data file for reporting.

  • Lot 5 - Meter Asset Management Services for Gas
    Meter Asset Management services including supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of gas meters.

  • Lot 6 - Data Services for Gas
    Data Collection and validation of gas consumption data via automated meter reading enabled meters of through the use of data loggers which may be connected to both fiscal meters and sub-meters. Provision of gas consumption data to the gas supplier in an approved format in accordance with the AMR Service Providers Code of Practice for Gas (ASPCoP). Portal or data file for reporting.

  • Lot 7 - Sub-metering for any Utility
    Provision, installation, commissioning and maintenance of sub-meters to comply with the requirements of Building Regulations Part L2. Provision, installation, commissioning and maintenance of sub-meters to enable landlords, property management companies or other multitenanted property owners to invoice tenants for individual use of gas, electricity or water.
    Provision of consumption data.
