YPO have spent the last few years working with heads of HR and procurement professionals across the public sector to develop a framework that can meet each public sectors individual needs whether that is the traditional Managed Service Provision for temporary labour delivery models, permanent recruitment or full talent management. The aim of the framework is to meet the needs of public sector organisations when procuring all temporary and permanent recruitment requirements.

The framework is split into 12 lots:

The lots allow you to procure specific to your spend levels, bespoke providers and pricing for your sector, technology requirements and wider HR/recruitment needs.

Matrix implemented its hybrid model which splits out three main job groups (Generic, Specialist and Interim) and provides a more flexible method for sourcing different types of worker.
