This framework will provide schools and public sector establishments with a pre-approved complete one-stop-shop to support all their current and future technology needs.

The solution can be from a simple call off for on-site support, through to a fully outsourced ICT provision and will cover sourcing, procurement, management, installation and maintenance across a range of IT, network, telecommunications and software services.

Call-off Requirements

Customers are to direct award via this framework with price on application, at the point of a customer’s specification.  We haven’t set a minimum or maximum length for any call-offs. Contracting authorities can create an agreed call-off based on the term they believe will suit their requirements.
