Art Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The closing date for entries is 17 December 2021.
  2. The winners will be selected by an independent judge within 4 weeks of the closing date.
  3. No purchase necessary.
  4. All entrants to the competition enter on behalf of their establishment.
  5. Submissions must be the artists’ own work, do not enter copyrighted art. Copyright infringement will be breached by the establishment who submits the work and not by YPO.
  6. Any artwork submitted may be used by YPO in future marketing activities.
  7. Artwork must be submitted by emailing [email protected], including the artist’s/artists' name(s), establishment, age and the art materials used. The image supplied must be high resolution.
  8. Entrants shortlisted to win one of the prizes may be required to show YPO their original artwork.
  9. Entries will not be accepted from employees of YPO or their immediate families.
  10. The overall winner will receive a £250 YPO voucher. Vouchers are to be exchanged for products from YPO (products identified with a 6 digit stock or direct code). Full conditions of voucher usage will be detailed on the voucher.
  11. No cash or alternative prize is available and the voucher is not transferrable.
  12. The winners’ details will be made available after the draw date by writing to the Marketing Department at YPO.
  13. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition.
  14. By participating, you confirm YPO has permission to contact you for the purpose of confirming you have won and to arrange for the prize to be sent to you.
