Our simple 4 step process:

We’ve developed a simple step-by-step process that makes designing and creating a bespoke space built to your needs, quick and easy.

1. FREE consultation 
One of the YPO project managers will arrange a convenient time and date to meet you for an initial free of charge consultation, to get a full understanding of the space, your needs and requirements and any ideas you might have. 

2. Design and quotation
The next step will involve your project manager drawing up some designs for you and gathering quotes from our suppliers; ensuring we get best value to meet your budgetary needs. Meetings around design and budget revisions continue until you’re happy with the proposal and then intricate design features such as products/colour schemes/finishing touches are agreed. Once you’re happy with the planned design, costs are signed off and dates for the project are set. 

3. Project management and furniture fitting

As the project gets underway, we stay in regular contact with you and coordinate everything with all suppliers and tradesmen involved in the project. Your project manager will make regular site visits to ensure everything runs smoothly, with minimum disruption, within the agreed timescale. During this time, you can be involved as much or as little as you like – this is your project so we’re happy for you to be fully on-board or if you’d like us to take complete ownership that’s fine too!

As your project nears completion, your project manager will check for any ‘snagging’ issues whilst fixing teams are still on-site to make any last minute changes. In the unlikely event that any significant issues are raised at this point, we’ll put in place a clearly defined plan to resolve it as quickly as possible. There are no payments to make until you are happy with the work and all snagging fixes are complete.

4. After sales advice and support

Our service doesn’t end on the final day of fitting. After all work is complete and you’re happy with the results, an official handover meeting will be arranged to sign off the project. Even when the project is complete, we’re always just a phone call away to help with anything you need!

YPO only source from trusted suppliers with whom we have contracts in place to ensure every aspect of the project is fully compliant with EU regulations. We take care of the entire tendering process for you and, because you’re never tied to just one supplier, we can make sure you always get the best value for every product and aspect  of your project. We’ve consulted with suppliers from many different sectors to help us develop our unique 15 year guarantee on all fitted furniture, so you can be sure you’re in the best hands for years to come.
