Printmaking in the Early Years

Course Details

The course will feature a range of instant printmaking techniques that you can incorporate
quickly and cheaply into the classroom.

It will show you some simple and amazing tips and tricks for making quality prints using
a wide range of objects; foam, rollers, foil, stamps, card, textures and surfaces.

Learn raised relief printing, simple etching, mono printing, multi-coloured printing, block
printing, repeat and pattern.

Underpinning the techniques are applications and uses for how and why you might use
printmaking for wider learning across the curriculum, especially in Maths.

Course participants will:
