With over twenty five years experience, Andy has held a wide variety of jobs in education including those of head teacher, advisor to loca authorities, literacy consultant and coach / mentor to newly appointed head teachers. Praised by OFSTED for the work he undertook leading his first school out of ‘Serious Weaknesses’ and into category 1 ‘Beacon’ status within a three year time frame, he is passionate in his belief that we need to develop 21st Century schools for 21st Century children.Described as innovative and inspirational by colleagues who have attended his training, Andy is able to convey key messages in an engaging and entertaining manner. He continues to hone his presentational skills by touring at weekends with a professional theatre company.
