Mark and Nikki between them have many years’ of supervisory, leadership and director level experience, including staff CPD training. Nikki was a fast tracked graduate for a national bank, by her late 20s becoming one of the youngest female directors in the bank’s history, and then chose a radical career change into medicine, health and wellbeing. She currently practices at a well known clinic in Glasgow, as well as running her own private consultancy business. ‘Dr Mark’ has worked in colleges and schools since 1987, and is well known for his inspiring and novel science and maths pupil shows and teachers’ CPD, as well as his teachers’ books, CDs and DVDs about science and maths. Mark and Nikki have also both researched and trained in the practical applications of the cognitive and behavioural sciences, including cognitive coaching and mentoring.
