Kathy BigioKathy has worked in the early years sector for almost 30 years and is passionate about meeting the needs of children based on her extensive experience nationally and her in depth knowledge of effective practice. She was a senior teacher advisor for early years for nine years, during which time she delivered training courses and worked in schools to improve outcomes for children, advising practitioners and senior managers. In September 2011 Kathy established an independent training company delivering EYFS training.
