As a Senior Business Services Officer at YPO, you'll manage diaries and emails for our Board and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling. You'll be confident in preparing comprehensive agenda packs, issue legal notices for meetings, and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
This role will also involve providing personal administration support, minute-taking, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to relevant legislation and policies.
We're seeking a candidate with strong administrative and organisational skills, who thrives in a busy office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, outlook and Excel is essential for success. You should be confident handling confidential information with integrity and possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage diaries and emails efficiently is important.
Knowledge of local authority governance and customer care, along with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coordinate tasks, is desirable but not essential.
