Grade 6 - £23,953 to £25,419 per annum | Permanent | 37 hours per week | Closing Date: 23:55 on 29 August 2022

 

Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen at YPO to join the Sales Team to support our regional Business Development Managers to plan and implement regional events, ensuring the BDM’s time is optimised in front of the customer.

 

We are looking for a diligent, proactive, and enthusiastic individual to join the team as Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will be able work effectively on their own initiative and as a part of dynamic growing sales team.

 

As the Sales Coordinator you will be working with the Marketing National Events Manager and Category Buyers to ensure YPO is well presented with relevant marketing collateral and sample products. You will have responsibility for managing, analysing, and reporting on all data captured from regional events, tracking results in CRM.

 

Job Purpose

  • To manage the effective and efficient planning, development and implementation of all regional BDM events.
  • Attending events to gain insight and assess improvements to the processes.
  • Fully supporting planned sales activity, working closely with BDM’s and the Commercial team to achieve defined sales objectives, in line with Sales & Marketing Activity Plan.
  • Provide monthly reports and analysis on regional event activity to Management and key stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising and executing regional events from the regional events calendar and event brief.
  • Liaise with the national events manager to manage and coordinate the events calendar tracking both regional and national events.
  • Liaising with buyers and stock control for the fulfilment of all promotional samples and responsible for regulating promotional items
  • To ensure all requests and opportunities are captured in CRM from each event working closely with the attending BDM’s and stakeholders. Reporting data analysis and tracking in CRM and Phocas to identify sales growth.
  • To effectively track and maintain regional events and sample budgets updating BDM’s and direct managers on a regular basis.
  • Working directly with the Sales Team and Category Buyers to understand sample and product display requirements ensuring that events are uniformed keeping to branding guidelines.
  • To ensure all requests and opportunities are captured in CRM from each event working closely with the attending BDM’s and stakeholders. Reporting data analysis and tracking in CRM and Phocas to identify sales growth.
