Grade 5 – £21,748 to £23,080 per annum | Secondment up to 12 months | Full time 37 hours per week | Closing Date: 12 noon on Wednesday 01 December 2021


We are looking for a Procurement Project Support to join our Education Procurement Team for up to 12 months, working closely with the Procurement Projects Delivery Lead and Procurement Projects Advisors.


The Education Procurement Team are a central hub for actively supporting schools and multi-academy trusts with their procurement projects. From ascertaining the customers’ needs to post contract review, this team will be pivotal in supporting our customers and generating business opportunities for YPO, so we need the best team in place.


As a Procurement Projects Support, you be the first point of contact for customers requiring your teams help, ascertain the customers’ requirements and taking ownership of their queries. You will manage day to day administrative tasks for the team such as CRM system updates, procurement template guidance and framework information. In addition, you will collate project and sales reports for the team.
