Junior Project Manager - Business Change
Grade 8 – £27,741 - £30,451 per annum | Permanent | Full time 37 hours per week | Closing Date: Thursday 22nd September 2021.
Business Change Team are recruiting a Junior Project Manager to support the implementation of the 2022 YPO Portfolio. The Junior Project Manager role is pivotal to the successful delivery of the portfolio, which covers a wide range of business change and IT projects across this whole of the organisation,. YPO put our customers and teams at the heart of everything that we do and the Business Change team are at the centre of the organisation ensuring an independent view of the wider business.
This role is a perfect opportunity for an organised individual who has an interest in starting their career in project management. You will be an important addition to the Business Change Team at YPO and will initially work on a number of smaller projects reporting into the Senior Project Manager and providing administrative support for the wider Business Change team.
The Junior Project Manager will work closely with the Business Analysts and the wider organisation to implement change initiatives to ensure we can meet our strategic objectives.
This is a challenging role, requiring a flexible attitude, an understanding of project management methodology Waterfall and Agile, high level of organisational skills, ability to matrix manage project teams and they must be able to communicate effectively with a number of key stakeholders at all levels from Project Sponsors through to SME’s.
The Junior Project Manager will ensure that the work and work outputs align with overall Portfolio, managing relationships with all stakeholders and updating of key project documentation is key to ensure the YPO way of Managing Projects is adhered to.
This role will also support the wider Business Change team with the administrative support as and when required, including the day to day maintenance of the Business Change Sharepoint site.
